I first started shooting film because I found an inexpensive 35mm film camera at a thrift shop. I liked the idea of mindfulness behind every single photo, in a time when we could take thousands of photos only to have them disappear to the back of our minds forever. I know when I take a film photo I am capturing a moment I never want to forget, and I’ve yet to look back on a film photo with anything but fond memories.
